Entourage Season 6 - Page 3

BENJI! That's right! Thanks. I loved that Eric Roberts episode. He needs to be in almost every episode, him.. Val Kilmer and Gary Busey.

Wow, really? Ari I can understand but Eric? He's a black hole of charisma and entertainment.

When I smoked a lot, I used to say lets get hiiiii. Yeah me and my friends were huge entourage fans, so I didn't look as crazy as I would now.

Dead Man Walkin!

I was surprised at how much I enjoyed last nights episode. Vince on campus is just hysterical. "I can bring a friend, I can bring TWO friends" that was pure gold.

The Getz and subsequent firing scene at Miller-Gold was outstanding.
I just don't see where they are going with this season right now. Am I missing something?
So, what was the fucking point of E's 14 year old girlfriend this season?
Make everyone feel uncomfortable while watching the show?
Great episode.
I like that everyone here thinks it's unbelievable that E's girlfriend could manage a grocery store. She did stink it up pretty hard.

It's easier for me to buy that Vincent Chase is a huge movie star than that Jamie Lynn Siegler is a huge movie star.

I've never been bored by this show, even when it was bad. But its kind of spinning it's wheels now. I wish there was something else on TV this summer.

Hung is amazing TV. Decent pilot. Brilliant ever since.
Yeah, it's smoking Entourage each and every week.
Sure as shit wish I could have pulled into my college parking lot in a Ferrari.
I think I would have settled for the parking space within a stone's throw of my classes.

With all of the unbelievable stuff that happens on the show, seeing Turtle find a spot that close to ANY building made me sream "Bullshit!"
Turtle has proven to be an operater over the years. You know he greased some amazing palms for that shit.

parking shenanigans and all

That'll never happen.
hey I'm just saying maybe a celebrity sex tape would be something interesting for the show to explore. How it possibly ruins Vince's career and how Ari and crew would have to work with the situation.

That said, I guess I have good ideas, and on this show...

...and is there anything wrong with extra nudity on the show?
Saget was again a nice jolt of funny for the show. Looking forward to seeing Stormare as the security expert.

They're totally going to make Drama's TV character gay.

They deployed Saget precisely the way we should be deployed: like a tactical nuke. He doesn't make a gigantic explosion, but he will fuck shit up (or in this case, be just the right amount of funny).

I know right now the focus is on the rest of the Entourage, but I would like to see Vince back in the saddle, you know, making movies and shit.
I figured they would have the tape be in his house, and that's what got stolen. Guess they didn't go that way.

This episode was Ari free wasn't it?
Ari was at the house pleading with the boys to use his security guy.
Ah yes. You are correct. Well, a relatively Ari light episode compared to every other episode this season.
For the most part this was a miller-gold less episode (however, the pizza scene at Eric's meeting was fantastic) and I still enjoyed it.

Do you have any idea the size of the brass balls someone has to have to ask their boss to let someone fuck in their office!? Holy Shit, Ari's little man musta had his Bar Mitzvah!!

Looking forward to next weeks installment.

Glad to know I wasn't the only one. I was hoping he would get towed while the rest of the students laughed at him and remarked that Meadow Soprano's boyfriend was getting towed. Missed opportunity if you ask me.
I'm kinda enjoying watching Drama's career-immolation. His character is the exact definition of failing upwards and not realizing how lucky he is to be where he is.

And it is nice to see the rest of the entourage kinda, sorta moving onto their own things. Is it wrong that I like Erik's nemesis in his new company more than I like him?

Who wants to guess on how the Turtle/Jaime thing ends? Cause you know its gonna end. I'm guessing he drops outta school, or does something monumentally stupid in public to embarrass her.
I really liked the Christian Bale joke.
So the things I enjoyed from this episode:

-Bob Saget. Like Doc Happenin said, he just totally owned the little scene he was in.

-Ari's "gift" to Erik

-Erik's douchebag nemesis at the new company. I know he's a complete dick, but at least he has more personality that Erik has. And his assholeness was really funny.

-Bob Saget's girlfriend with the enormous rack

-George Segal...I really like this guy!!!

-Drama sorta getting bent over a barrel and discovering a tiny bit of humility.

What I didn't like:

-an almost total lack of Ari!

Entourage, you have cast Kate Mara as E's new assistant. Feel free to shit the bed now, just keep her on the screen.
I was really hoping the sounds Turtle and Vince heard in their backyard were the Feds coming to bust them for marijuana possession and distribution. No one would've seen that coming. Oh yeah!

Yeah, she's insanely hot.
There's so much stuff they can do with this show, without spending too much time and money, but, year after year they just produce ever degrading crap.

Ari is still an amazing character, although less and less believable. Drama's character went from amusingly awkward to retarded. The others aren't even worth mentioning.

Only two good things about the last three seasons:

1. The idea that Vince is a bad actor ( throughly destroyed by the fact that Grenier can't act, and the cop-out ending of season 5 ).

2. The fact that I can always watch this when nothing else is around. Entourage doesn't provoke enough interest, so I can keep them in reserve.

Well they're dating in real life so she'll probably be on the show for a while.

I had fun with the episode. Superficial fun.
It was the best episode of the season, I thought, though that might not be saying much. I'd like to see how Eric does at the new company without some annoying douchebag hassling him the entire time.
Oh, and this episode probably had the best joke of the whole series.

Where did you get these guns Drama?

John Milius' garage sale.

Really?

I thought it was really forced and just their attempt to prove how "inside" they were. On any other show it would have been great but it just fell flat for me on Entourage.
Entourage isn't exactly Arrested Development. It was definitely in the top tier of the series' jokes.
It was a good chuckle, but they should have actually had a scene at John Milius' garage sale. That would have been better.
And does anybody really believe that Milius would ever sell one of his guns?

Maybe he got bigger guns.
The Milius in-joke was amusing, but the "insider hip" status took a bit of a beating when they confused Bale's onset confrontation as being with a "cinematographer," rather than a director of photography.

Also, am I the only one thinking that Segal at some point is going to reveal that he didn't give two shits about E other than the fact that it might land him Vince, only to then say that E proved him wrong? And that the emotionless midget will then quit?
I'd love to see bale on this show in character with whatever movie he is doing.
E finally grew a pair. I'm not too happy with the way he did it, and it did come off childish the way he reacted, but at least something happened.

The prison scene with Soarken was awesome.

The rest was eh.
Sorkin turns out to be a better actor than most of the actors they have on the show.
