Why is a 21 year old Jonas Brother getting engaged when he is touring?

Maybe because most of his fans are 16 and under..

besides that maybe his longtime girlfriend might be a little concerned with who is currently on tour with the Jonas Brothers.

touring with a gaggle of fine Korean ladies might just be tough thing to do.
