As for inventing a gun that shoots razor discs, there's a show I saw one episode of on either History International or the Military Channel, I think, where some old British guy travels the world & checks out some kind of ancient weapon, and some crazy young guy then tries to build a modern equivalent. The one episode I saw had them traveling to India, where they used to do battle with these razor sharp rings, about the diameter of frisbees. I forget what they're called. But by the end of the episode, the young guy had created a motorized catapult that flung them at the targets. he rigged it in a cart, and hoked it to a metal pole with a seat attached, and was dragged thru an obstacle course by an ATV. It had some kinks (the seat fell off, for one), but showed great potential. With some careful aiming, decaps should be possible.
