That's pretty awfulbad. I assume this was around the time in the mid-90s when they incorporated Street Fighter into the GI Joe toy line?

Thankfully the only SF 2 animation I was exposed to during this time was the Street Fighter II Victory anime series. Which was pretty damned good.

The Animated Movie is pretty great, too...

Well, those ten minutes are gone forever. I kept telling myself to turn it off, but it was such a train wreck I was compelled to continue. Funny stuff. Bison's line at the 9:00 minute mark is classic. He makes a fair point.
