This is actually a story that was published in one or two other editions as I have a copy of it. It was actually employed partially in the "wraparound" used for the never-made "Books of Blood" film adaptation.

It's the "new" last story in the newly-compiled 'Books of Blood' volume from Stealth Press, which, incidently, we're giving away a signed copy of on the site.
