get your ass to mars.

Or at least out of Manitoba before summer's over.

But above all - listen to Booth, he's chud's financial GOD.

There are 9 volumes of Essential X-men covering GS1 / 94-264 I can think of no greater thing for a child. Some good parenting there Ludwig.

I'm no financial GOD, but I do know a few things about banking. You greatly overestimate my divinity, mr_adam, but thanks.

Buy more comics and action figures. Also, buy some music albums you've been wanting. If anything else. hit the Deep Discount dvd sale. Its still 25% off. I've made a killing so far and have only spent a little over $124. Spending some on your wife would also be wise. Agree with Judas on that one.

I won't buy a video game system, as I have hacked too many of them to trust myself to keep one pristine were I to get a new one. Boxed sets, DEFINITELY. I just bought the first season of True Blood at Costco (of all places) for $49.00, which I thought was mucho cheap but may not have been the best deal. I've heard all kinds of great things though, so I am hoping it lives up to the hype.

So following the advice of Judas Booth, I booked a family camping vacation this long weekend (next weekend is a long weekend here in Canadia), cause my wife loves her de camping. The campsite fees are trivial, but I will be forking out for supplies and activities. My prediction? It's a $250.00 weekend. That plus the boxed set, I am now down to $340.00 (taxes in the DVD set). Still enough for maybe one decent whore, or two unsavory ones. Thoughts?

You live in one of the most beautiful countries that I've ever visited, so a camping trip in one of your local parks should be truly awesome. Good call, and the wife should be happy.

Leave me some fish, though. I'm going to be up there in two weeks to seriously deplete your stock of walleye.

See, you think your only options are getting a 9, or two 4.5s. My advice? get a 7 and a 2, and make the 2 do the dirty work. Keep only the 7 in your sightline, and relegate the 2 to your peripheral vision.

I'll be in Ontario, actually: Clay Lake, over by Dryden. It's virtually a straight shot north from where I live in Minnesota.

I've been to many places in Canada and I've loved them all, but I've never made it into Manitoba. I need to remedy that one of these days as I've heard that Winnipeg is a cool city to visit.

I'd like to request that you use the remaining money to finance Strange Brew 2 and get Rick Moranis out of retirement/sabbatical/whatever the hell it is preventing him from being awesome.

I wish! I am not sure I have enough money to lure him back from Aruba, but maybe he'd do me a solid on the basis of my Canadianess? I wish I had done this anti-piracy stuff in 2003 (not that I even owned half of this crap back then, but anyways). I could have bought the entire IP rights for Rocket Robin Hood and been making millions off of ironic hipster t-shirts and underwear. The final sale was for $5000.00 CDN, so I would have had to take out a loan. But man, that would have been so fucking cool...

I am down to $275.00 (roughly, still counting out pennies at this point). I bought The Lovely Bones as well as The Name Of The Wind, and spent waaay too much at camping this weekend. Fucking firewood guys raped my wallet due to our tremendous summer lows of 8 celcius. Oh, and I also bought a decent pedometer!! Yeah ok, lame, but I thought it would be fun to see how much actual activity I do at work outside of my normal exercise routine...
