imdb states it was completed (and 81 min) and the premiere was earlier this month supposedly (in Hollywood at the Vista Theater on October 1, 9pm).

I'm just glad John Talbot finally decided to settle down and buy property. Frank and Drac were getting pretty tired of him hanging out at their places all the time.
