Combat Shock 25th Anniversary Edition

Anyone else planning on getting this? It's supposed to have the ultra rare original "American Nightmare" cut, which I've always wanted to see.

And if you haven't heard of Combat Shock, I'll go ahead and recommend it. Even if like me you don't give a shit about any Troma-related films, make an exception for this one (and also for the great Mother's Day). A classic little no-budgeter from Buddy "Maniac 2: Mr Robbie" Giovinazzo, it's basically Eraserhead meets Taxi Driver and it's fucking grim as fuck, even in the regular cut.

My favorite non-inhouse Troma film, easily. The effects might pull you out of the film a bit (that's a baby?) but it's definitely one of the most grim movies you'll see. Have yet to see this cut and will definitely be picking it up.

Just screened at Fantasia Fest, I believe.

I used to have it on VHS. I have no idea what happened to it. Now I'm bummed remembering that it's missing.

More terror than the Terminator?
More gut wrenching violence than Commando?
