Where do people go for used books online? Anywhere specific or just partners with major retailers like Barnes and Noble or Amazon or something?

Either Amazon or Alibris. I'll have to check out Addall now.

I usually use Amazon marketplace since often times you can find books for less than a dollar + a couple bucks for shipping. Sometimes there are better deals to be had on ebay, but sometimes I don't feel like dealing with the hassle of an auction.

Always Amazon. The ease of use can't be beat, and I've had no hassles after buying quite a lot of stuff. I do know that the 1-penny books with a minimum 4-dollar S&H probably end up being more expensive than other places, but it's worth it for the ease.
