I bought the final volume of this saga yesterday and thought it was good, it ended in a suitably bloody fashion, Azzarello tied up some loose ends and left others hanging, I've been meaning to read volumes 1-13 in succession just to re-familarize myself with the storyline, it's been awhile.
I did like the themes Azzarello toyed with, choice and responsibility, Cole's death was ironically funny, which is a shame, I kinda liked him. The Dizzy/Lono fight was pretty fucking brutal, even if Lono was doing a rope a dope.
Now that the series is finished, I thought it'd be cool to discuss the series overall.
