6. Invasion of the Astro-Monster (aka Monster Zero)
7. Ghidorah, the Three-Headed Monster
8. Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla (1974)
9. War of the Gargantuas
10. Gorgo

I revisited Cloverfield on DVD a few weeks ago and enjoyed it far more than I did in the theater, and I liked it then. Can't put my finger on it, but the thing just works.

I left The Host off this list because I don't consider the monster big enough to be considered a kaiju.
