Once again I can't keep my summer's secret shame to myself. I enjoy this slop.

Who else will woman-up and admit the same?

Anyway, just read that Chima finally melted down and was removed from the house. Should make for excellent television tomorrow. I'm sorry she was raped at knife-point, but boy was she a rude person.
I'm still kicking myself for missing last year considering it was the best since season three. Chima/Natalia just don't like the fact that their nasty game-play has come back to haunt them (i.e. Natalie last night: "Why do the good people get punished in this game? WAAAAAAAAA!")

I have no idea whose gonna win this year. And I like that.

I don't know who will win, but I'm betting at some point the Jeff/Jordan/Russell/Michelle "Final Four" will implode before they make the final four.

CBS must be glad that they'll have juicy meltdown footage to show tomorrow, but must be pissed that it screws up their double-eviction plans for Thursday.
The producers on BB blatantly rig shit more than any more "reality" competition show to avoid a full on pagonging. This season won't be an exception, and you're right. No way those four make it to the end together.
I'll woman up and admit to watching. Thanks for confirming it was Chima doing the meltdown, I can't wait to see it. You would have thought by her/Lydia/Natalie's reaction that Jesse was Jesus Christ himself. Anyone would be smart to bring Russell to the final two, since no one else in the sequester house will vote for him. Anyone watching the live feeds know what kicked Chima over the edge?

I haven't delved too deep into the particulars, except that it started during a veto competition. Wanna save some details for when I watch tomorrow.

The girls crying over Jesse was hilarious. The best was Kevin's reaction to their insanity. Kevin seems like a good guy, feel bad that he has sort of been forced to hang around with those miserable ladies.
His facial expressions were pretty great, along with "You'd think he got hit by a mac truck..." . I don't mind Kevin, my opinion of him will probably increase with Chima gone, so he's not just acting like her bitch.
From the live feeds, Kevin is very much on the Chima/Natalie/Lydia side. Not so much a floater like I first thought.

As for Chima, she claims that "she decided to quit on her own." The BB producers have said otherwise (i.e. her ass was thrown out the door head-first).
I think that alliance will break down with Chima leaving, she seems to be the ring leader of it. Natalie and Lydia are worthless, they haven't won a single comp yet (and not in a Dr. Will intentional fashion, they just suck), and Kevin's win wasn't exactly a huge feat. I think Chima, Natalie, and Lydia are the next three out the door, probably in that order. After that, Kevin, then Jordan. Final two will be either Jeff, Russell, or Michelle.

Now watch me be completely wrong.

Deep down I bet Kevin wishes he could cut bait on Lydia/Natalie but at this point he can't. He needs to hope that Natalie and Lydia get picked off before him and that he can somehow convince the other four to turn on each other. He's been a trustworthy guy so far, so he might be able to sell those four on B.S.

I don't know if I'm more looking forward to Chima's meltdown, or Lydia and Natalie crying about it. It's gonna be sweet.
Wouldn't be surprised if Lydia wound up in F2.

I don't see it. Other than maybe Kevin, who would possibly take her? Besides, she's probably gonna be tossed any day now for cutting on herself.
Further proof that these people are idiots. Spoiler(s) beware....

....As per the live feeds, it looks like they're planning on back-dooring Russell instead of putting the final nail in the Jessie/Natalie/Chima/Ronnie coffin. If that happens, they deserve whatever happens to em. Fuckin morons.

For Realz? Hahaha. I don't see how anyone can expect to continue in the game if they're not winning any comps, unless it's a bonafide strategy, and that strategy has been played out by now. Chima's meltdown will be this weeks must see tv for me.

If that's the case, Russell just needs to win POV. Everyone in the house right now should be scrambling for POV anyway, since the only safe people are Jeff and Jordan, and that's only if one of them wins HOH.

If somehow Russell goes then it must be due to some great play from Kevin. I don't know who else Jordan/Jeff/Michelle would listen to aside from him.

Hope Russell doesn't go. He's obnoxious, but in a funny way. Not an annoying way like Ronnie.
There's always that point near the end-game for an alliance (around F4-F5) where its better to get POV than HOH. Looking for updates on who won the POV. Granted, they've yet to even get nominations down yet.
Yeah, I guess Chima getting booted would screw the nominations up. I'm just curious how huge this meltdown has to be? There have been gigantic meltdowns on the previous seasons that didn't lead to people getting kicked off the show.

Ronny was perfect for the "I try to lead my life with class (fart)".
Best reality show ever.

I think they backtracked on the Russell thing. Just HoH paranoia.

They may want certain things and try and angle it that way but these people are just stupid and insane. Ronnie doesn't put up Russel week 2 because he's in love with Jessie(literally as he's totally gay). This leads to a rift between Russel/Jessie which allows Jeff/Russell to make the deal in week 4.

Even the Evel Dick season is just stupid HG moves rather than the evil reality show producers. Zach not using the veto to get Dani out was horrible. Eric not throwing the veto to get ED or Dani on the block was equally bad.

Hope they show the entire meltdown and metting with the producers. Also heard a rumor she threatened to cut Jeff and that's why she eventually got the boot.

I don't think it's rigged at least as far as "the power" goes. They've done it before it just wasn't used. The show likes to mess with these people. Maybe not 100% "fair." But my view is I want explosive meltdowns and tears first, fairness second.
Eric was definitely one of those "nowhere near as smart as he thinks he is" type of players.

As for Chima, it apparently happened while they were prepping for the POV challenge. It started with her refusing to put her mic on (which she subsequently broke...on purpose) as well as pulling shit along with Natalie/Lydia like stealing other players' clothes/bed-sheets and putting dye(!) in Michelle's food...which she's allergic to.

OH BOY! God I wish it were Tuesday.
Chima did a bunch of shit. not putting on the mic and throwing one in the hot tub is big.

Thing is Chima said she quit and CBS said they removed her. She was either in breach of contract(mics) or threatened someone if CBS is to believed.

The other rumor is she quit when CBS said she had to pay for the mic.
I totally believe Chima. It's not like she's ever lied her ass off in the game and then claimed to be completely honest with everyone. Oh...

I knew Chima would be gold when during the first week she called that surfer dude a bigot on the live show. She has not disappointed since.

I particularly like Julie Chen saying, "OK. Turn the channel right now if you don't want to know who got kicked off." This despite the fact that "BIG BROTHER EXPELS CHIMA" was flashed across the screen the entire time.

Can't wait until some show interviews Chima for her reaction. Might be a while since Viacom owns nearly every media outlet that would cover such a thing.
I don't recall anyone going out in such a fashion since nut-job Scott was thrown out during the first three or so days back in season four.
Nothing full-blown like I thought. But Chima was a bitch who the BB producers gave multiple chances during the game. Good riddance.
I think it's pretty safe to say that Chima's statement about her quitting is a bunch of BS. It looks like Lydia might soon be joining her.

Chima's exit was sort of anti-climactic. But the fallout was oh so delicious.

Bitchin' to see Lydia lose it. Jeff's "Take it easy, Mrs. Roper" officially made me hope he wins everything.

They cut out so much good shit.

I thought J/J were going to blow their game and bd Russell. BB was telling the duo in the DR not to do it according to Jeff. Surprising it's so blatent.

HOH SPOILER
Jeff won HoH. This is the bd Russel week if there ever was one.

end spoiler.

Should not have gotten rid of Lydia. She's worthless and couldn't win a damn thing.

Didn't look at the HOH spoiler, but in a way I sort of want Natalie or Kevin to win just to stir crap up.
I agree. Lydia was basically Chima without the power or brains. Pointless getting rid of her with Natalie and Kevin still floating around. Although there was always the fear that she could have ended up in the F2. So....tomato, tomahto.

As per the live feeds:

It appears that Jeff's target is Kevin. Very smart move if true.
And Jeff just proved himself to be a fucking moron. Ok, let's say Russel goes home, the ONLY person he can count on to win HOH and guarantee to keep him in is Jordan, who is worthless. He has to know that Kevin, Natalie, and Michelle all see him as a big enough threat that they won't hesitate to put him and Jordan on the block. On the flip side, he could have kept Russell, who would have had a much better chance of winning HOH, and putting Natalie, Michelle, or Jordan up, with the intention of keeping the original final four pact. I think Jeff let Jordan's personal dislike of Russell get into his head too much.

Now, Russell has a great opportunity between now and Thursday to make a solid alliance with Michelle and Kevin, get Natalie out, then go after Jeff and Jordan. Again, really really bad move on Jeff's part.
It's a bad move for 2 reasons. First is jury votes.

Second is that even if Russel is HoH and puts up J/J they have a great chance at veto(probably morph) to get off by themselves or with Michelle's help. And she seems to want to take them to F3.

Don't see Jeff winning anymore. He can't win HOH this week and unless Jordan does I don't see why either Kevin, Natalie, or Michelle won't go after Jeff. With Russell gone he'll smoke everyone in the house in pretty much any endurance and speed/skill competition.

Who comes out good in this should be Michelle. Even if she doesn't win HOH she can either swing on over to Jeff/Jordan or Kevin/Natalie and get into the final 3.
i fully expect the final 2 to be michelle and kevin
post #39 of 126
Michelle definitely. And yeah possibly Kevin, although I could also see Jordan.

Might be Michelle, though I could see Jordan sneaking in. I like Natalie's odds but I like Kevin's odds even more. Can't forget about Jeff. He could also win. My dark horse pick is Russell.

If Russel makes it through tonight he may win the hole thing. Earlier seasons have shown if you blow a chance to get a good competitor out that mistake typically bites you in the ass.

*Totally woman-ing up

Me too. The Sunday/Tuesday shows I sort of zip through pretty quick in order to just watch the competitions and fights.

But Thursdays are special. I won't be happy until my hair is in curlers, my face is inside a pint of Häagen-Dazs, and my eyes are tuned into the live eviction festivities.
Honestly after that retard move by Jeff, I've lost all interest in the remainder of this season. You just know that Natalie is going to be completely ignored now. Not unlike season six after James (who would have won any other season) was nuked and fuckin' Maggie (ugh!) won the whole damn thing.

"You got got. You got got."

Dayam, props to Russell for getting Jordan to go loco. Rooting for Michelle to win HOH just because it'll be fun to see the other duos kiss her ass big time. I'm betting Kevin will win because this seems like the sort of competition he'll excell at.
Yeah, I'm predicting Kevin wins this HOH, then puts up Jeff and Jordan. Jeff will probably win the veto, take himself off, Kevin will put up Michelle, and she'll "get got".
HoH spoiler
Of course Kevin won and makes Jeff's move even worse. The plan is Jeff/Michelle with Jordan as the back up. I believe this is the morph POV so it will be tough to throw it to Jordan but she has a shot at winning it and getting Natalie up.

end spoiler

Seriously? If that's the plan, then Kevin is just as much an idiot as Jeff. Put up Jeff/Jordan to ensure that one of em is going home. It's crap like this that I appreciate players like Will Kirby, Dan from last season and Survivor: Thailand's Brian Heidik.
I disagree
Michelle is a much better player than Jordan and more likely to win the veto. If she does and wasn't up then Nat goes home. Whichever 2 that are left(of J/J/M) will team up in the Final 4 so splitting up Jeff/Jordan doesn't matter.

end spoiler rant.
The whole "So-and-so is a big guy and thus he'll dominant at the end" logic I never got. The last challenges are always mental/endurance.

EDIT: Corrected. Didn't know if that would be considered a spoiler. My bad.
Jamie, I don't think you needed to spoiler text that last one. Jeff versus any other player right now in an endurance competition is going to win. The only one who will give him a run for his money in a mental competition is Michelle, maybe (maybe) Kevin. Natalie and Jordan have proven themselves completely worthless, they haven't won a single thing (Jordan's hoh doesn't count, Jeff handed it to her). Even though people in the jury house may like Jordan and Natalie, if Jeff or Kevin or Michelle bring either one to final two, they'll win the whole thing, based off of actually being a competitive player. The juries rarely award coat-tail-hangers-on with 500k.
