I know that Xmas is supposed to be about the celebration of the birth of Santa Claus, but who really cares? What groovy horror merch did you manage to amass?

I got:

Silent Hill 2 (PS2)
Devil May Cry (PS2)
Resident Evil: Code Veronica X (PS2)
St.John's Wort (DVD)
The Asphyx (DVD)
The new 'Fantomas' CD (very scary)
Ash and the Pit Witch
Evil socks & underwear

And you....

Go to main to see the full list.

But unless you count A Chinese Ghost Story 2 and 3 or Green Snake, it was a horror lite year for me here at The Pit...

I'm glad someone found a copy of this classic for you, Johnny!

The only horror related items I got were:

Black House

My wife preordered 'The Evil Dead (Book Of The Dead Limited Edition)' for me. So, I won't get my best present until March.

(Oh and I did find a copy of 'Opera' at Best Buy. My own little Christmas present to myself.)

Now, if my wife will let me go to the John Carpenter thing in L.A. in January...

Johnny, where did ya get that St. John's Wort DVD? ever since the creeture reviewed that one, I've been trying to find it...

As for my Christmas Haul... well, not much horror stuff, more LotR stuff (I'm completely addicted to this movie, just like the books did me in). but I got the European version of Silent Hill 2 about a month ago, and for once I'm glad to live in Europe, since we got an extra DVD with a cool making of and numerous trailers and art work... very cool indeed.

The creeture got it at DDDhouse, but it's also available at Hi Fi Zone. Don't know what the difference is, but there you go. We watched it Thursday night and it's just as cool as I remember. Sadly, the DVD has NOHTING on it, but I'm not bitching.

Couldn't help but notice there's not many HORROR related things on that list...

Of course, I'd be horrified if anyone got me sports-related things, so I guess it's a matter of opinion.

Well, you'll be paying the American equivilent of the Candaian price, basically. If you order from the U.S., they convert the price to U.S. dollars. It's only about $20 if I remember correctly, and completly worth it.

I got a can of Ovaltine (mom)

a word processor, three knives/daggers, a razor, all four Alien dvds (dad)

Midnight Express dvd (friend Mark)

$100 which I have used on a Superman shirt and tanktop, a Batman tanktop, some blank cds, and some used work shirts, my favorite of which is the "Craig's Tire Service" labeled "Slugger" (gran'parents)

All-in-all, not bad.
