I've seen a bunch of people on my friends list playing this game, I might have to pick it up but probably only when it goes on sale.

In regard of the second picture in the review:
You are an evil bastard for reminding me of the part I just beat yesterday after my 200 attempt, Alex!
Dear god, this game is just like "Excite bike"...a bastard to play, but oh so addictive and great to beat.

Thank Christ for the B button in this. Although, sometimes the game beats your hopes and dreams down so badly you find yourself pressing B before you've even had a chance to screw up, because you already know you'll fail.

That's the worst, when you somehow have restarted like 20 or 30 times in one section in the span of a few seconds. It's all about getting in the zone...

How about when that reflex takes over when you actually suceed, thus forcing you to endure it all once again?

Oh great, more screming at the screen in frustration...and then reloading the last checkpoint for the uptenth time.
I love the game, its a harsh misstress.
