It happened last week. Sometimes, i'm really proud of my country.
Those C5N guys are a mixture of CNN and FOX News when it comes to 24 hours news channels. They run all the crazy stuff, while trying to be high end with it's tech and networking all the time.

No, watch the video!
They were doing some "report" on stuff kids would drink before going out and it's dangers. Some guy from Argentina emailed them about a secret Drink, Grog XD and gave the recipe... It's from Monkey Island.

A youtube video of a program that made fun of that newscast. It spread like wildfire here. They are making a ton of images with C5N reporting on different video game situations.

And they include the XD as part of the name of the drink, when it's just a sideways smiley.

These people were clueless. I love the analysis by the professional. "This is absurd."

He actually says "[on scumm] Supposedly it's some nonsense". He actually has more to say but is cut in the video, I wonder what else he said. I'm not sure if he bought it 100% or not.

Right, he seems like he wants to tell the reporters it's bullshit, but he's trying to perhaps cover their asses.

He didn't totally buy it. He's a doctor, he knows if anyone drinks that, they'd die.
But there, he did some research and thought SCUMM was a booze delivery service.
