Pretty much the only time I go to the comic shop is when Evan Dorkin has something new. Well, he does, and it's pretty great. Beasts of Burden is the story of a group of neighborhood pets that have to do battle with the supernatural. It's written by Dorkin and painted by Jill Thompson, and it's funny and sad and looks beautiful and is all around pretty great. If you're a fan of Hellboy, you'll probably dig this.
