You might want to /spoiler some of that - your comment isn't particularly mysterious.

well looks like HOUSE has something on the boys. Very interesting.

More interesting is next week's spooky episode. Looks like a LOT of fun.
Certainly not the spooky Halloween episode that the preview advertised. Good work on Chase's guilt though. Loved House talking to his old man in bed, then yelling at Wilson.
I'm having a hard time feeling anything in regards to Chase's character, because if I were in his position I probably would have done the same thing. If I had come home drunk I would have totally tried to get laid.

Baseball fucked up my DVR so I couldn't see it so......

If I were in Chase's position I'd be a doctor who had sworn the hippocratic oath that includes a clause requiring me to "do no harm." At any rate, I'm interested to see how the show plays this out. Should be interesting.

Yeah, luckily I had told it to record Lie To Me (which I watch occasionally) so I at least got to see the full episode of House. I'll be interested to see how the stuff with Chase plays out. Especially since [swipe]the actress who plays his wife is leaving the show[/swipe].

yeah.. my DVR screwed me over too.
I'm waiting to see it on the internet. Should be up today or tomorrow, right?
I don't know I finally saw it.....from a friend.....anyway what the hell happened tonight? Schedule showed baseball but when I tuned in baseball wasn't on but You Think You Can Dance was and then Lie to Me was on right after so what the hell?
I haven't been following the playoffs this year but I assume tonight was an "if necessary" game. Which team swept?
Doesn't Fox only carry the AL?
I'm guessing that since they didn't run promos for House because of a possible Yankees game seven they didn't bother showing it at all last night.
Last week they said House would be on hiatus for two weeks. World series could have started last night.

wow. What an out of left field surprise. I saw Michael Weston's name in the credits but that still surprised the shit out of me. So is he just a Nanny or is he Cuddy's boytoy?

Either way she gets House-Lite.

Also, how many more murderers are they going to create. Chase and now Wilson. It's funny how HOUSE is the sane now. Can't wait to see if he reforms team 2.
Pretty great episode, as always the episodes heavy on Wilson/House are. I really want to see the reforming of the previous team, just to see crazy antagonistic House back for a bit after this zen trip.
I blacked out for a couple minutes after that first scene in Cuddy's office.

Great episode, though. I wouldn't mind seeing a war between House and Weston. It would certainly be more entertaining that the usual TV battles over a girl. I'm kind of glad Wilson didn't get to give his speech. Now that he's pretty much out of his Cutthroat Bitch funk, I'd like the House-Wilson antics to continue unfettered for a while.
God damn it, where's 13? I consider any episode where she's absent a lost cause. Thus, I think she should always be on screen and, if she is not, all of the other characters should be asking, "Where's 13?".

On the other hand, next week seems to offer the promise of 13 at the gym, so YAY!

Seriously, though, the return of the PI surprised the hell out of me. I'm looking forward to House matching wits with him once again.
Good stuff. Really.
Hooray for the return of Taub and Thirteen! Boo to the departure of Cameron! At least they handled it really well.

When they got to the diagnosis, the ghost of Carlin popped into my head and started the routine about how swimming in the Hudson River gave him the immune system of Superman.
Sucks that Cameron is gone, but I like Taub and Thirteen plenty. All the scenes at Taub's office were great. I liked House's choice of names.
Morrison doesn't know why she was written off the show. Seems pretty odd to not tell her why.
Through all of these seasons I think she has pretty much proved that she's the only one on the team that is actually able to understand House (and rise above his manipulation).

I suspect it's because she went blonde.

As a utilitarian, once she started preaching about the sanctity of life, I was glad she was going away. Between her own killing of a terminal patient and the certainty that James Earl Vader would slaughter thousands, her stance and self righteousness ticked me off. I've really enjoyed this storyline, and I've never liked Chase more or Cameron less.

More than anything, seeing this show do things that don't end in a full reboot is awesome.
As much as seeing super hot Thirteen and Taub will be great, I think I'm done with this show. There's hardly any evolution story-wise, I guess the repetiveness of House and the lack of good development (and God knows season 6 tried really hard) overcame my geek love Hugh Laurie.

I know, House's gonna end up with Cuttie, but did I really need 4-5 years of awkward courting? Really? This show would have been great in a 4-5 years run, but they'll let this go on and on for as long as they can milk it.

My DVR cut off when Taub came in to House's office. Then my dvr taped 2 minutes more of House at the very end.

What happened after Taub came back and said "Thanks for the sarcasm". I'm assuming Cameron left? but did she leave Chase??

Taub is back. And yup, she left Chase.
She blamed House for ruining him as a human being, pretty much called them both amoral heathens, and sulked away.
I thought writing Cameron out was weak sauce, but her final scene with House was greatness. Sometimes you wake up one morning and realize that you simply no longer recognize someone you thought you knew better than they knew themselves. It sucks and I've been there. I thought the dialogue, as well as Morrison's performance, depicted that beautifully.

Also, obligatory "MMMMMMMMMM, 13."

This episode was amazing. I haven't laughed out loud this much in a while.

1) Estaban Powell is excellent in everything he does.
2) House getting f'd over at thanksgiving.
3) Loved the Male Nurse. I hope he becomes a recurring character.
4) The punch. and the reason behind the punch. Priceless.
5) Taking credit for the punch. Astounding. Way to go, Taub!
I don't really care for Taub, and I hope his relationship with his wife doesn't get more time because I've never really given a damn about him.

Chase punching House for the reason he claimed was very House-esque. I loved it, although I have the feeling we are going to find out that the reason Chase gave was just him getting House off his back and he really is pretty emotionally unstable. Maybe not.

I think my favorite episodes are those in which House gets a chance to converse with a really interesting patient. If it is just an idiot and he comes into the room at the end to call them an idiot and then diagnose them, it isn't as much fun. Like the episode with the priest who was questioning his faith (if I'm remembering that correctly). Those always work for me.
I realize the circumstances leading up to it. But I still think they fucked up killing off Kutner.
Thought it was funny when they had the girl get excited about his drawing again and it was a diagram.
The quick bits from the team (like "House has a new case!", and even more-so "It's not tennis!!!") were downright lulzy.
Yeah, the way they had some sort of crazy case going on that they didn't even care about was great. And Wilson's powers of diagnosis were pretty great. Definitely an enjoyable episode. I have a hard time imagining how Wilson's response at the end could possibly end well.
This reminded me of The Zeppo.
That's a good reference point. I missed the first 24 minutes, but I thought what I saw was really strong. I forsee a huge Cuddy/Wilson/House cataclysm coming.

the Wilson POV episode was really great. Again the snippits of team in crisis mode were hilarious as well as House entering the hospital room dripping wet.
Laurie is such a presence that I forget that the others, especially RSL, are all capable of carrying an episode themselves. What a great one for Wilson. Loved his creeping House-isms, the insta-diagnosis and especially the buying the apartment to spite Cutty (Cuddy?). And hey! Two rooms in the apartment, yay.
And most importantly, we can finally put the whole Cutthroat Bitch story behind us.
His current apartment has two rooms also, House just refuses to sleep in the dead girlfriend shrine that is the second bedroom.

more crazy shennanigans last night. Keep downplaying the POTW and more fuckin' witcha antics and I could watch HOUSE all day.

I love House and Wilson time, but Chase, 13 and Taub messin' with Foreman is great too.

A+ on Chase's new haircut too.
Everything last night was excellent. One of the funniest episodes of House I can remember. Wilson proposing to House, and House's look of "I can't believe you went that far" was priceless.
Last night episode was great. Watched Ethan Embry on Brotherhood recently. A long ways since National Lampoons Rusty..
Has Embry really cleaned up or am I thinking of someone else? I thought he was on SVU in the past year or two and looked like hell- super fat and balding pretty bad. He looked a lot more healthy last night.

And what a great episode. I love when House and Wilson go at each other, having the rest of the team on a mission was just icing on the cake.

This episode actually had the POTW be the most intriguing part of the show.

The diagnosis was of course irrelevant, but is this the same actress who was on CHUCK? Because she really plays psychopath very well.
I didn't recognize her from Chuck. She's not Carina, if that's who you're thinking.

I really liked this episode but next week looks even better. Any time they have more shenanigans between House and Wilson I'm happy.

Instead of Holmes and Watson, last night was House and Wilson trying to solve a mini-mystery of who was fuckin' with who!

Good stuff and hope that Orlando stays around for some episodes.

A Day in the Life of Cuddy was really good too. Is HOUSE going the LOST route and giving each character their own day in the life episode?

Well Cuddy had an extremely hard day and everyone calls her a bitch. I loved the insurance bid war.. good stuff.
Even though I like Cuddy's character, I never would have thought before this episode that I would be happy to spend an entire hour with her and barely see House or Wilson at all. But that was a goddamned great episode. Really was cool seeing some of the details of what Cuddy really has to put up with in order to keep House's brilliance around (the chief of surgery yelling at her and telling her to do her job). But Cuddy coming out on top in the end on all fronts had a huge smile on my face. Great, stuff.

And House trying like 3 different times to use Malaria as a diagnosis/treatment was outstanding.
