Selling my scooter

It's a near brand new Meitian...50cc, gets damn near 100 miles per gallon and has a little over 700 miles on it. Runs great. Comes with a black helmet...I have the title and registration, tag, everything.

I'm asking for $800 obo

Oh fuck. That's too bad.

Do you have to have a license to ride a scooter? I really am strongly considering getting one.
