Lie To Me S2

I didn't feel like the show advanced at all from last season, but it was an enjoyable enough opening episode. My wife actually got angry watching Cal trying to force the RJ personality out of Sophie. Tim Roth chewing scenery seems to be the reason to watch this show and he got some great moments.

Alan Sepinwall seems to think Lie To Me has improved a lot.

I'll be honest, the idea of Shawn Ryan, Tim Roth, and the really interesting idea of a human lie detector kinda gives me wood.

I thought it was better, but part of that could be because I know Shawn Ryan was doing it.

However, it seemed to focus more on Roth than the eps I saw last season, and that is exactly what I want from a show like this. Him just going ripshit crazy guy on the chick was pretty hardcore.

Anyone still watching. The end of S2 is running in the summer and the last episode(Pied Piper) had a huge Shield reunion. Billings, Danni, Aceveda, Ronnie, Lem, and Corrine. Not sure why but it was fun seeing them all again.

I have it recorded but haven't watched it yet. I've watched every episode this season, but really haven't been all that impressed. If Roth didn't get to just go nuts every episode I'd have given up a long time ago.

Started watching this on Netflix Instant. I can't help but get sucked in, but I'm laughing at the show at the same time.

Also, Tim Roth's daughter in this looks like a little-girl version of Melanie Lynskey. UNCANNY!

I've kept watching, but I can't remember any show so completely dependent on it's lead. Without Roth chewing scenery this show is nothing.
