Inspired by your favourite movie franchise: Saw - The Game

Alex, didn't you test this some days ago?

Heard it's very much like Silent Hill: Homecoming, only with dozens of quick-time events and with hilarious traps. Does anyone know if it's officially canon?

Molyneux doing a Final Destination game would be fun.

Wikipedia sez they've adapted other movies into games, like Space Chimps, Alvin and the Chipmunks, and Jumper. There you have it.

I don't understand either post in this thread.

They say it's canon but I laugh at the idea. The game itself is okay, nothing more.

Didn't try it out, no. Maybe you were thinking of Ju-On? I did write an article a while ago where I lamented that you didn't play as Jigsaw and trap people a la Deception. Cause I might have actually played that one.

Giantbomb has a quick look of it. I wish that they had got Danny Glover's likeness, and his voice.

"Shotgun shells attached to neck braces. Go spit!"

I can't do the voice as well as other people can.

As someone forced to watch the Saw films for review, I can saw, sorry, say that Saw V was set up very much like a video game, at least the 'trap' bits. The players would see the trap in short, cut-scene like sequences, then have to figure them out. It honestly seemed like an ad for a video game more than a movie, which ironically made it more watchable than Saw IV.
