In competition with every other Observe and Report scene mentioned is Ronnie hanging out with the other security guard, doing drugs and breaking a skateboard over a skateboarder's head to "Over, Under, Sideways, Down" by the Yardbirds. The chorus keeps repeating, and the distance from the job/other people keeps escalating.

Any Hans Landa scene was gold. He really deserved a better movie around his character. (I know I may be in the minority opinion on that, fine, I don't want to get into an IB discussion I'm just saying for me the movie was not as good as his character)

The IB bar scene

The WRESTLER had some good scenes, like the one where it cuts back and forth from his match to his injuries

As for the rest of 2K9, I have a hard time remembering what I've seen. I rarely go to movie theaters, instead opting to wait for a films DVD release. This often leaves me uncertain when the film I am watching was initially released. Plus, this entire year has kind of been a blur for me

It's a tie between "Carl & Ellie's Love Story" and "Hans Landa vs Perrier LaPadite".

Honourable mention to "Max Tells His Mom A Story" from Where The Wild Things Are and "Wikus Shoots The Prawn" from District 9.

- Last shot in Joon-ho Bong's Mother.
- Eminem scene in Funny People.
