NASA finds "significant amount of water" on the moon in a permanently shadowed crater.

I can see tons of new science fiction stories/movies arising from this.

But, the worrywart in me wonders if this the next step?

How long til someone tries to bottle it and sell it for $20,000/per 12 oz? Be one of the first to drink MOONWATER! Ten years later we're overrun by moon parasites...

Hells yeah! Great news. Hmmm...maybe the Chinese will think of going there to claim said water...I bet we'd get a rocket in the sky tomorrow if that happened.

(currently being pitched by an ECO friendly screenwriter in Hollywood...)

The only solution to the pollution-caused bacteria which has made ALL of the Earth's water undrinkable is to bring back a sample of moon water and mix it with our ocean water.
