"Two middle school students who allegedly engaged in oral sex in a classroom while a substitute teacher and other students were present are being charged with sodomy and disruption of a public school."

Didn't realize that the law considers a wide variety of acts sodomy. Dumb.

Obama voters like it in the butt just as much as those people who like it in the mouth and probably take in the butt as well. It's all there in the Bible, the mouth is not very far removed from the asshole.

The word is derived from the biblical city of Sodom and references its libidinous nature, not a particular act. Technically, any non-reproductive sexual act involving another locomotive organism is an act of sodomy.

However, I'm kind of confused by the charge. Didn't the courts strike down all anti-sodomy laws a few years ago?

Says that under Georgia state law, sodomy is oral and anal sex.

The Supreme Court struck down sodomy laws... What gives?


PS: I don't think you should be engaging in intimate activities in middleschool classrooms. That is not appropriate. Those students should have been suspended (interfering with other student's right to learn in a safe and distraction free enviroment), but the idea of a sodomy law in this day and age is kind of absurd. Again, didn't the SC strike down those laws?

Sodomy, as in the sin of Sodom.

Ezekiel 16:49-50 (NIV translation) "Now this was the sin of your sister Sodom: She and her daughters were arrogant, overfed and unconcerned; they did not help the poor and needy. They were haughty and did detestable things before me. Therefore I did away with them as you have seen."

I say we start using the term sodomy to mean not helping the poor and needy.
