The latest track off of this year's Christmas album, Arbor Day is Fucked, recorded in the Laker session but for the holiday disc.

what's Rip been doing with his time?
why's he a part of this Santa invasion subplot?

Judging by the title when I saw the thread on the "Now Talking" section of the main page, I assumed it was an ode to THE HAPPENING lol

I love it. It's amazing that you find so many ways to make that squelchy keyboard shit go beyond merely entertaining into totally catchy. I totally wish Steve would rock out on guitar some more, but this is quite nice in the meantime.

I rock ass on guitar a lot on the upcoming 'Laker'. Actually, all three of us do, but me more so.

And I think some carolers sang this on our doorstep the other night!

My ass tried not to like this song at first but there is something undeniable about it (it's those squelches Micah talked about, but also that beat with the high-hat accent in between drum hits) so that after three listens it got in there under the skin of my heart.
