Hotel Dusk is getting a sequel?!

Hooray!

The end of the first game left it open to further adventures and uncovering more of the mystery of whatshisface, the missing partner. I didn't think a sequel would actually be made, though. I wonder if it will be a continuation of the first game or a standalone episode. Is that longhair in the screenshots the same as the stoner guy from the first game? It's been a while since I played it.

Great news. Never beat the first one, but loved what I did end up playing of it.

Now, if Nintendo would kindly announce a years overdue Elite Beat Agents sequel, I'd be set for the next 5 years with that system.

I absolutely loved Hotel Dusk. I have wondered why the DS doesn't have more games like it. The only bad thing about it getting a sequel is if it only gets released in Japan. That would make me sad.
