Noel Gallagher's music may have gotten even more pedestrian as his bank balance has swollen and the good life has lazed him up but behind the scenes he's still a hilarious bastard. I can't think of a more entertaining musician or actor (not including professional comedians, although he's funnier than a lot of them too) in terms of off-stage talk.

FWIW, his live solo album from last year really refreshed a lot of his older songs (plus you got to hear him introduce Paul Weller as having come "straight from the bar").
