I was very excited to see the American Reunion movie. I saw American Pie just after college and remembered it was quite funny.
Jim, Michelle, Oz, Heather, Stifler reunite for their high school...
Not a surprise since it's one of his strengths, but Obama is killing this. His speech about how other countries aren't waiting for the progress is dead on. Let's hope people take it seriously.
They won't and the reason is called Right-Wing Conservative talk radio.
Is Obama going to show some balls or not? Where is the end of Don't Ask Don't Tell? Is he going to pass Clinton's record? This speech is already 70 minutes!

I think it's looking like he chucked it from the speech at the last minute. I have no idea how he'll segue into it now.
So, more nuclear plants and offshore drilling? Yeah, that will make it through Congress. He's playing to the middle knowing his own Congress will make sure this never happens.
According to Huffington Post...this will be in Gov Bob McDonnell's speech...
Quote:
We applaud President Obama's decision to deploy 30,000 more troops to Afghanistan. We agree that victory there is a national security imperative. But we have serious concerns over recent steps the Administration has taken regarding suspected terrorists.
Americans were shocked on Christmas Day to learn of the attempted bombing of a flight to Detroit. This foreign terror suspect was given the same legal rights as a U.S. citizen, and immediately stopped providing critical intelligence.
As Senator-elect Scott Brown says, we should be spending taxpayer dollars to defeat terrorists, not to protect them.
I kinda glazed over on the student loan thing, but did Obama say he wants to pay back your loans if you still have them after 20 years?
Ah, this is already a thing. Debt forgiven after 10 years if you're in social service, 20 years if you keep up with it for that time. . . . I think it's part of the DoE budgetary request coming up.
