I think a lot of people feel this way at times, even if we would never seriously consider the notion. Hell, I think it was a major driving factor behind the creation of Idiocracy.

Jeez, what's the big deal?

Everyone knows waterboarding is the most humane form of torture this side of feathertickling.

I believe some people, like my brother rather be water boarded then feather tickled. The man a 31 year old father of two, and still laugh at gichy gichy goo. I have never seen anyone else even remotely as ticklish.
