Oh, Hard Mandy is fantastic.

I Love You, Man-Bat is perfect. Please, keep 'em comin'.
There's this Chewer named Myers87. You should get him on this. His work is fantastic.
I'm a big Hard Mandy fan.

I Love You, Man-Bat is a superhero comedy caper! Set during the controversial Batman: Knightfall storyline, featuring Jason Segel (CBS's 'How I Met Your Mother.') as Jean-Paul Valley, a violent assassin-turned-superhero who dons the mantle of Batman, and Paul Rudd ('Anchorman,' 'Clueless) as Nightwing, the original Robin sidekick all grown up!

When Bruce Wayne (CSI:New York's Gary Sinise) discovers that the new Batman and his old sidekick are not a 'dynamic duo,' he sends them on an adventure to capture his most dangerous foe, the deadly Man-Bat, a horrible mutated monster, born out of scientist Kirk Langstrom (Scrubs’ John C. McGinley). Hopefully, they’ll be able to save Gotham City and forge a friendship that goes POW!

Rated PG-13 for crude humor and extreme fantasy violence [Steroid freak spine-breaking]

I didn't see Michael Keaton's name anywhere? Please, explain.

Bunch of TV actors mostly. This is a low budget Bat-Franchise film of the early 2000's in a universe where Batman and Robin was sucessful.

Is it better than Hard Mandy because I can't imagine anything better than Hard Mandy?
I Love You, Man-Bat made me giggle uncontrollably.
I love these, so glad to see them back. I love you Man-Bat may have to be my new desktop theme.
Love these, glad to have them back, Nick!
Goddamn these are both great. HARD MANDY is gonna make me unexpectedly burst into giggle fits for the entire rest of the day.

Though I will say, for my money, JAMES & THE GIANT KEACH is still my favorite. Flawless blend of idea & execution.
Yeah, i was a comment on that. Probably the funniest thing to ever grace CHUD.
James and The Giant Keach.

Man, I've missed these. Are all of the recent column resurrections a sign that we may soon see a return of the "This Is Not News" column?

The actual article won't go live till Thursday but I love this too much:

Talk about giving an early taste...love it.
Glad to hear the leak will be back on full force.
I was just wondering the other day if these would ever return. Great, great, and great.
Fuck you Nick, you're making my cough worse.

Also, you'd be pleased to know that 'P.S. I Nightfuck Your Butt' made me watch half that shitty movie. It was on TV and once I saw it I just sat there thinking about the poster and giggling like a moron.
Man, just the other night I was telling a friend about how the site used to run these awesome spoof movie posters, but now it was just neglected to a mb thread in-joke.. and here they are again in all their glory. And the conversation came up when he asked if there was other great retro-bits like the Throat Collector.

Basically I'm loving all these throwbacks. Better days.. better days..

Hardy Mandy will be hard to top.

Nothing beats Jaw Abiding Citizen. That is classic beyond belief!
Awesome.
Jamie Foxx looks scared shitless in JAW ABIDING CITIZEN. The jaws of justice may be relinquished!
Jaw Abiding Citizen killed me. Pure brilliance.
Haha.
I like Jaw Abiding Citizen (it's Robert Z'dar after all) but it's no Hard Mandy.
Personally I'm partial to Yul Got Served, but these are also awesome.
This is a beautiful thing that's been revisited upon us.
I just got a little hard mandy of my own over the return of the full steady leaks. Oh, and Jaw Abiding Citizen is a chin-shaped slice of heaven.

I wish there was a more masculine term for what I just did for five minutes, but there isn't any word other than giggling.

Jake's face is just perfect.
It's the break in the tagline that fucking kills me.
Thank you for that.
That tagline slew me.
Crothers: Just fell out of my chair.

. . but it's no Dr. Giggles and the Women.

Thank God these are back!
Shit that's sexy.
I'm doing the scat, a scat, scat right now.
I would also have laughed uncontrollably at The Crothers Bloom or Four Crothers'.
Scatman Crothers + sexual imagery = comedy gold.

Believe me, I did. I was inspired by the fun being had in the Star Wars names thread.

Good call. I thought of that one earlier, too, but I probably didn't want to give someone cause for a "THAT'S TV, NOT A MOVIE! CAN'T YOU READ THE THREAD TITLE?" jibe.

I'd love to own that poster.

Glorious, cheesy and cute, but still so glorious. I'm still giggling.
