This is available to watch instantly on Netflix and I recommend everyone check it out, even if you've seen it before. It's only 15 minutes, after all.
I first saw this in my very first film class in college. It blew my mind and made me check out Dali's art and Bunel's filmography (in fact, it was this that got me into Dali that got me to check out Spellbound that kicked off my obsession with Hitchcock).
It's amazing how powerful these visual remain more than 80 years after it's release. Obviously, the sliced eyeball, but what gets me even more are the donkey carcasses tied to the priests dragging on the floor, or the ants crawling out of the wound in the middle of a man's palm.
