What a fortunate coincidence!

The company I work for is starting to sell Apple products and I just came back from a seminar. Oh, how overwhelming the doucheness was. I wasn't a fan before anyway but now I hate them. Hate. I want them to get countersued, loose and get fined out the ass.

This is the same Apple that has to pay Creative a chunk of cash for each Ipod sold (for patient infringement).

The same Apple that has to pay Apple (the record company) a chunk of cash for breaking angreement over use of the Apple name (they could use it as long as they never did anything with music , then they released Itunes.)

The same Apple that is gonna get its ass handed to it by Nokia (for simmilar reasons to the creative case)

And the same Apple that claimed it had never heard of the Fujitsu IPAD dispite using them in all Apple stores (another case they will lose).

Great track record they have.

True. I kinda find it silly that they "find" all these violations going on, but yet Apple doesn't want to build plants in the states.

Purely damage control on Apple's part. Chinese made parts are much cheaper, but if someobdy else points out the child labor it's bad PR. So they go ahead and spill the beans, so they look like heros for "not putting up with that kind of thing, and making a change for the better!" Meanwhile, America continues to support China's pre-1900's labor practices, while more and more blue collar jobs go overseas.

HTC make some fantastic multitouch phones. Their newest line that pack Android too are looking pretty awesome.

No wonder Apple's jealous.

Apple can't handle the fact that HTC and Google/Android are making products that are BETTER than they are with the iPhone. So like any massive company must do, they intend on suing others into oblivion.

I have an HTC Hero. Love it, and plan to get the 4G EVO when it releases.

Will also state that the Sense UI is ten times better than the iPhone OS and so is Android, but you all probably knew that.
