Aviators were cool in 1986 but they haven't been since. Unless you're an actual pilot, in which case you get a pass.
4. I love those kind of stories.
6. I watched the first half dozen episodes of Farscape back in the day but couldn't get into it. Did it get better as the series went on?
8. And whatever happened to Loretta Swit?!? What a woman. I guess she's up against Kathleeen Turner these days, and Kathleen keeps winning.

Thanks for the reply, man!
1. Yeah, I'm seeing more and more synthesizer being injected back into modern music as more up-and-coming bands revert back to the 80s sound, but I still find it hard to find them sometimes.
4. A friend of mine alerted me to this earlier last week. I love these stories when they pop up a well.
6. I can honestly say that the first season of Farscape was indeed the worst. I tried to get my wife to start watching it with me when I first started back into it, and I could honestly feel her boredom with the first few eps. And I realized that I was feeling it as well. But, I pushed through and have so far found the later seasons to be a vast improvement. My biggest love for the show is about how well the characters develop throughout the show's run. I'm a sucker for character-driven stories, and that's where most of my love for the show comes from.
8. Oooh! Good question! I'm going to have to look that up now.
