From Dusk 'Til Don #27: Samhain the Seeds of Love

Sorry for the hiatus, everyone:

http://chud.com/articles/blogs/3012/...s-of-Love.html

Unfortunately, having a rough time getting back into it, so here's a holiday-appropriate selection from my Spwug vault. Enjoy!

Great blog man, glad to have you back.

BONUS: What I'm Thankful For: Elvira, Mistress of the Dark

My "What I'm Thankful For" submission made it to the main page! And it's totally Hallowe'en-themed:

From Dusk 'Til Don #28: Riff Raff

It's new and fresh!

http://chud.com/articles/blogs/3030/...Riff-Raff.html

This week I (over)gush about the RiffTrax event CHUD sponsored last Thursday.

From Dusk 'Til Don #29: Double-Parkered

Roads? Where this blog's going we don't need... roads...

This week I discuss my issues with recasting Jennifer in the Back to the Future sequels.
Great blog buddy, I agree with everything you said....up to a point.

Back to The Future is the only Perfect Trilogy of films.
Fantastic stuff. Me and Mrs Pants watched the trilogy recently and I was interested to see if she picked up on that particular change (she didn't).

From Dusk 'Til Don#30: Bowling for Filler

In Mother Russia, blog reads you!

http://chud.com/articles/blogs/3059/...or-Filler.html

Just some light, silly filler this week.
It may be filler but it's still top notch man!

Still not Sold on the Zombie pack for RDR, it just feels wrong somehow.
Undead Nightmare is the best thing that ever happened to me. A great write up Don.
Megatron, it's absolutely brilliant.

Oh man, Ken. I wish I could convince you of how much fun this game really is. I was uncertain at first, myself. But the way it's handled is awesome. It plays out like an alternate storyline, and the voice actor who does John Marston's voice makes it work with the way he reacts to everything. It really is a fun DLC. And really, how can you not enjoy the idea of riding the Four Horses of the Apocalypse alone?

=)
alright, i'll give it a try but i'm holding you all responsable if it sucks

From Dusk 'Til Don #31: I Want Candy

A Thanksgiving installment!

My Wife loves Uncle Buck, apparantly it was a childhood favorate in the Future-Mrs-Savage household. One of her favorate insults is the Rat and Quater line from this flick.

I still havent seen PTA and really must rectify that.
Great piece again Don. Candy was taken far too soon. I adore Planes, Trains and Automobiles, a perfect road movie. The "devil" bit absolutely killed me.

From Dusk 'Til Don #32: Giving Thanks

Goes great with gravy and cranberry sauce:

Short and sweet this week, as I give thanks to five things that mean a lot to me.

As always, a steller blog man. Keep up the good work.

Ahhh, a man who enjoys his coffee! I was literally drinking my fifth of the day as I was reading.
Congratulations on getting front page! jealous
Well done dude!
Yeah top notch as always buddy.

Quick question, how do you submit stuff for the What I'm thankfull for bit?
Thread Starter
There's usually a small bit at the bottom of each "Thankful" article that tells you how, but I've noticed that some of the ones posted lately haven't had it. Basically, just send your article with any images you want added to Nick's g-mail address (nicknunziata@gmail.com) with THANKFUL in the subject line.
Thanks mate! I have one I'm thinking of submitting.

Just caught up with your Thanksving and Red Dead unicorn bowler hat entries Don, and allow me to take a few moments of your time to say, "Thanks for writing some entertaining blogs for me to read."

Thanks for writing some entertaining blogs for me to read. With your flowing locks and mutton chops you really carry off that bowler quite well. Quite well indeed.

From Dusk 'Til Don #33: Characters, You're Welcome (Part III)

It's beginning to look a lot like CHUD blog:

http://chud.com/articles/blogs/3098/...-Part-III.html

My third installment to the series, taking a hard look at the veracity of a certain Jersey kid's claims.

Thanks, Ken! I was pretty certain you would get the ending. Wasn't sure if I could pull it off, but I think they meshed nicely.

Thank you, good sir! I hope to one day work myself up to the genius that is Sam Strange.

I also have another one in the works for next week that is especially-themed for the holidays.

From Dusk 'Til Don #34: Scrooging the Pooch

Filled with holiday cheer:

http://chud.com/articles/blogs/3108/...the-Pooch.html

Short, but sweet this week as I ask that universal question: Where's the Blu love for Scrooged?
Scrooged is hands down my favorate Xmas flick so unsurprisingly I agree with you here.

Lumpy needs more love damnit!
Don you just keep getting cooler.

When I was younger myself and my dad would watch this every year. When Frank goes bananas on TV at the end that is pure Murray cut loose. We particularly liked David Johansen as the Ghost of Christmas Past, "Niagara Falls!"

Don, you have the muscle to start a petition about this, you have my sword.

Awesome as always my man.
You perform an important role in the lives of fictional human beings Don. Bless you for that and thank you. And may all of your dreams come true in 2011, 2012 and 2013. We can talk about 2014 at a later date.

As always my man quality stuff. I remember not understanding the hate for Times New Roman as a wee newbie on the web, now of course Arial is my font of choice.
