If Chewie wasn't there, I'm not sure I would've figured out this was a Star Wars interpretation if you hadn't said anything.

They're very traditional. That's one of the things that makes them great. I like these much more than those steampunk Star Wars action figures.

I admire the artistry and workmanship of the figures, but this is an exercise in pointlessness if ever there was one. The whole thing is already Samurai-inspired. What does going literal with it accomplish? It's like re-interpreting Lord of the Rings as Norse mythology.

At least Steampunk Star Wars required some creative thinking.
