That fascination is also responsible for Sopranos ending the way it did. (And I said this elsewhere, but Sex & The City is another case of the audience Missing The Point.)

Oh yeah, I understand all of that and watching from the sidelines, I applauded Chase when I read about all that. It's about the only thing that has me wanting to actually dive in one day.

Well that and the obvious quality that I observed in the few episodes I did watch. It's obviously a terrific show, I just decided to wait on that one. Sometimes it's awesome to have a guaranteed awesome show like that just waiting for you, in its entirety.
