TMZ has Jenna contradicting herself in a matter of hours on what happened. Tito says Jenna is addicted to Oxy and he found her stash and that's what the fight was about. He also says he didn't hit her.

I think Jenna is lying. She went from arm in a bandage to arm in a sling in clips I've seen.

Yeah. Hard to know who to believe in this position. The drugged-out whore doing drugs or the guy who beats up people for a living beating up his wife...

I'll be more specific: a guy who does MMA doesn't mean he's an aggressive wife beater.

Do you understand that? Not taking sides with Ortiz, just pointing out the judgmental attitude Episode29 seemed to have.

When I first glanced at the thread title, I read it as "Jenna Jameson Sends Tits to Jail for Abuse". The reality of the story is a lot less interesting to me, nothing I don't see in any episode of Cops.

I think he was just saying that, given the nature of his profession - pummeling other human beings to a pulp in a steel octagon - charges of beating your (drug addict porn star) wife don't seem shocking.

Weeeellll......

The guy beats people up by any means possible for a living. I'm not saying he's guaranteed to be a wife beater, but I would say his testosterone levels and training would leave him a little more predisposed than, say, an accountant, right?

as an auditor I resent this

despite what you may think I beat my wife daily. Twice a day on weekends and holidays.

First and foremost, Tito doesn't beat anyone up. But maybe the fact that he's a professional MMA fighter means he is less violent at home because he gets his aggressions out in training and in competition?

Now if you told me he is accused of taking her down, attempting to lay on top of her for 15 minutes, then complaining about the judges' decision, I would have no problem believing it.

And, as we first reported, Jenna tested negative for drugs this week.

Tito's lawyer, Chip Matthews, tells TMZ the whole thing was "a big misunderstanding."

One more thing ... Sources say Tito stands to lose $15 million if he's prosecuted for domestic violence -- the money accounts for his UFC contract as well as other businesses.
