Any Roanoke, VA Chewers?

I'm about to start a new job that has me traveling to Roanoke, VA for the next 2 months...any Chewers around that area?

I'm from a place so far west in Va, we considered Roanoke to be eastern Va. Expect rednecks, beautiful scenery, and a handful of restaurants. There's a school there, so your experience may be different.

Rednecks and a handful of restaurants sounds about like the place I grew up in south Georgia. Some scenery was OK, but not a lot of beautiful. I probably won't have much time to socialize anyway, other than Sunday nights when I get there.

Seriously, if you ever want to make the jaunt up to DC, we'd love to have some sort of outing. I can't promise there won't be rape, but who can?
