You didn't mishear. I'd say I was shocked by that bit, but it falls in line with that stereotypical idea of Hollywood stage parents that I've always pictured in my head. That everyone, Miko included, seemed so flippant, matter of fact, and ultimately okay with it while jokingly describing the incident makes it seem like just one of those everyday occurrences on a film set.
And, yeah, I forgot to mention Clu Galagher. I think I would have preferred to hear him narrating this.
