Play This NOW!!!

Amazing mod. I like the little touches with the controls, upgrades, and music choices.

Fuck, I was going to post this. This is pretty fucking awesome. Mega Man is probably my favorite character to use, and I can't see myself beating this game with Simon Belmont. Dude's got no ups.

This would have rocked my shit as a kid. It's like a megamix of all the NES rumors at the lunchtable (Simon Belmont in Turtles 2 was a pretty persistent rumor... fucking EGM).

Did you push Z twice to make him double jump? That screwed me up as well.

EDIT: From the original article containing the link:

It's truly amazing (and with a third-party program, playable with a gamepad for the authentic experience)
What is this third party program? Are they referring to Nintendo controller USB mods?

Xpadder? MotionInJoy? I dunno. I know next to nothing on controller tweaking on PCs. What I do know is getting a Sixaxis to work on a PC is an enormous pain in the ass.

The default controls has the left button as jump and the right button as shoot. FAIL

Just in case Nintendo/Konami/Capcom's lawyers aren't down with this and it gets erased faster than those hitler youtube's:

1. Go here: http://assets0.playedonline.com/syst...-crossover.swf

2. In your browser, File-> Save Page As

3. It'll will give you the option of saving the entire flash file to your pc/storage device. It'll be saved as a .SWF file.

4. Whenever you want to play it, click the file and open with whatever flash enabled browser you use.

It's in the main menu, under "Game Pad Info":

I've got my ol' Gravis Gamepad hooked up and it works beautifully.

My inner 7 year old is kinda cackling with glee right now.

It's sorta disturbing.
