Sup guys!! The question is simple: Which movie was the one that inspire you to become a horror fan? Example, for me was Halloween 4...lol I know what you guys are thinking but wait let me explain, I was like 6 or 7 don't remember when it came out but my mother went to take me to see that and Pet Cemetary (it was a double feature theatre) and when Halloween 4 came on I completely fell in love with Michael Myers (no not in that way, he's my father for god sakes) so then I nagged my mother to rent me the first Halloween, so after viewing the first Halloween, I was automatically hooked into Horror. So what movie did it to you and when?

A grand and epic look at few outsiders surviving the self-destruction of a corrupt and unstable culture. This film is worth studying.

This film boasts an incredible story and a very impressive soundtrack. Trainspotting includes graphic scenes of drug use, sex and death. One of the finest films to come from Scotland, this movie...

Dawn of the Dead
I always grew up on Doctor Who, Hammer movies, 50's-70's sci-fi, and Godzilla movies but I slowly started to watch other "extreme" horror (thanks to my big sister).
Then one day at around 10 years old, I rented Dawn.
And my life changed as I know it.
I later got the vhs for Christmas, and 18 years later I have seen Dawn of the Dead over a thousand times. I lost count, exactly how many times I saw it. Every version. (even the 157 minute german version in german language only)
But when I was a kid, I was terrified that the dead would rise, i asked every Science teacher in school if that could ever happen. I got quite a few concerned letters written home that day, I can assure you.
But, Dawn got me fanatical about horror, and I never looked back since...

Lol...I did the same exact things. I thought that the dead could really rise. If you saw ROTLD, remember in the beginning when it was saying how the events really happen and shit..well after watching it I was really, really scared becuz I thought it really did happen. So I started asking my mom if it had happen and she was seriously considering committing me to a mental hospital.

I've said it before and I'll say it again:
The Wolf Man
Saw it on a late night creature feature when I was 6, and it's the film almost single handedly responsible for my love of movies generally, and horror specifically. Still one of my favorites. Love me some Creighton Chaney as the tortured soul trapped in the body of a beast--both in and out of wolf-mode...
