Retro developed Donkey Kong!!!!!!!!!!!

Looks between Mario Galaxy 2, Metroid Other M and that, a wii will be worth owning this year. I can't say that about last year.

I don't give a crap about 3DS. I think I might stop watching now.

Pretty good show. I want more details on Zelda. It looked almost suspiciously generic aside from the motion controls, and you can't really know how well those really work until you're home with the wii mote in your hand.

I'm a bit disappointed that they didn't try to make it "New Donkey Kong Wii" by working with the original arcade formula/1994 Gameboy game and making it a multiplayer deal. That said, I'm totally cool with a DKC do-over.

They coulda just called it NEW Donkey Kong Country. It's pretty much the same thing. I bet Retro will do some more original things with it though.

That being said, New Super Mario Bros. was a blast. I wonder if Donkey Kong is gonna have the 4 player co-op? That was a frantic bunch of fun as long as you don't care about silly things like "playing well".

Seems Nintendo started with "motion stuff, like everyone else is doing" and is now movng into AWESOME territory.
The 3DS looks nice, and Retro working on Donkey Kong is great news.

EDIT: If they finally announce a Kid Icarus comeback there's going to be some serious nerd riots.
