I'm definitely going to the Rocky screening, but I wish I could somehow go to all of them. And buy all of the posters. Beautiful stuff. Love the Robocop and There Will Be Blood ones especially.

Is there any info about prices and how to get tickets? I couldn't find anything.

The Dirty Harry one is aces too.
Holy shit these are great! I don't even own any posters and I want the Robocop one.
The There Will Be Blood one is great, but I tire a little of the concept that every poster for every movie should look like Saul Bass did it.
I'll mos def be picking that Robocop one up when I catch that.

It's so brilliant in its simplicity. Is this the first time that any artist has realized that the underside of the .44 Magnum is Callahan's profile? Or to do something like that for any gun-toting action hero?

Wow the There Will Be blood poster is pretty amazing.
I'd really like the Robocop poster.

I'd buy that for a dollar! ...or two!

The TWBB poster is some of the best poster art I've seen in years. Really excellent work. The Robocop I'm less fond of, but the ROCKY is quite clever

EDIT: No, the TWWB poster is actually one of the best posters I've ever seen. It elevates the film, IMHO (which I appreciate but also find chilly and hard to like)

EDIT: And the CONVOY poster is awesome, and I've never even heard of that movie! What a great series of posters. Thanks for spotlighting them

I kinda know how you feel, but creative poster art is such a rare thing these days, that it's very hard to not glom onto these!

Love'em.

Oh these are better than 99.9% of all posters Hollywood comes up with these days, no question. It's just that, as pieces of art, as pieces of design, it can sometimes come across as a little uninspired.
Uninspired? Yea... I did the same thing for the poster for the animated short I did with my friends. (shaaaaame...)

i really hope that 'there will be blood' poster becomes available for sale somewhere at some point, i would love to get my hands on it.
Goddammit, why does There Will Be Blood have to be in fucking Bakersfield and on a Sunday? I want to go, and I want to bring my friend, but she works Sundays.

I wonder if it's intentional, given they are all part of the Rolling Roadshow then having a theme to the style of the posters is pretty clever.

i might be able to make to the Dirty Harry screening. if i do, i know for fact i will be picking this one up. i like the robocop poster as well but getting two posters with where hero's gun is as prominent as they are, is a tad bit excessive. the colors i can understand.
I would frame the On the Waterfront one in a heartbeat. Is there ANY chance these could ever be available to purchase?
I never buy posters anymore but I'd buy the shit out of these ones.

This is back from October, but still fun!  Olly Moss goes into his creative process!
