I went to the comic shop today, and discovered that Steve Niles is doing a X-Files/30 Days Of Night crossover.
Mulder and Scully in Alaska tracking down vampires is a great concept. The first issue is a pretty good set up, and I look forward to the rest of the series. Already added it to my list there at the shop.
