The roof blowing up in Die Hard. That also includes the great shot of Bruce Willis jumping off the building with the explosion in the background.

Now aren't pretty much all the explosions in Die Hard fake? Other than the interior shots and the one directly behind him as he jumps off the building, those exterior explosion are just smoke and effects.
