Tom Hardy working out

This is for the ladies. Or also dudes, if you are into that kinda thing.

I do Mike Tyson's in my workout (the exercise where he does a sit up to a full stand), but I do not grab on to my trainer's arms. Buck up, Tom! Most of the core training stuff are common exercise, but the ones where he's on his head make no sense. Unless you are into broken necks!

HAWT.

Neck bridges. They're fucking useless.

Couldn't agree more. Nice push-up variation at the start, though. Might give that a burl over hindu's some time.

Yeah, this kinda kicked me in the head with the fact that I need to start doing more bodyweight stuff. Can't wait to start yoga.
Maybe it's common knowledge, but those rags being used to help him glide while he does mountain climbers are fucking genius. I've always abhorred that exercise, but I can't wait to give that a shot.
Yeah, I've never thought to do that. I've always done 'em on grass, though.
I'm exhausted just watching that shit. Also, strangely aroused.
I've been doing similar stuff for the past two months. Mix in some weights and it is one of the best strength workouts I've ever done.

The actual sound is close enough to fap for it to be a unisex term.

And speaking out of unisex, I'd like to get him out of his uniform. And have sex with him!

Whatever. There are things I'd let that man do to me I couldn't even discuss on this board. Dear god.
I'm totally going to start doing all of that.
His level of physical conditioning is.. impressive. President Obama should tap him to lead his Council on Fitness

I'm fine with being a skinny, girly boy, so I'll never work out that hard, but it looks good on him...and dat ass. From what a friend tells me there's a lot of Inception fan fiction with Eames and Arthur fucking each other silly and whatnot (no, I have not read it), that kind of tickles me that an actor like Hardy is the new hot shit, hopefully he won't flame out like Farrell.

I've never considered myself an ass woman, but I would do anything just to smack that thing.

I used the rags today. Now it feels like someone speed bagged my gut.

Is Hardy being sarcastic or is Shia Labeouf becoming some sort of Man-God.

Hardy told Den of Geek: "I got knocked out by Shia LaBeouf, actually. In Wettest County, apparently."

Despite his statement being met with "incredulous laughter", the actor continued: "No, he did. He knocked me out sparko. Out cold. He's a bad, bad boy. He is. He's quite intimidating as well. He's a scary dude."

The only way that story is legit is if we see on-set photos of LaBeouf cradling the Infinity Gauntlet.

Maybe there is another Shia LaBeouf somewhere, or its a Dred Pirate Roberts  Andre the giant in a cloak deal...

Yeah, I think Hardy is being sarcastic there, the apparently kind of gives it away.  Classic British humour, very dry.  Although I suppose if Shia cold cocked him then he could have gotten a lucky punch in and put him down, you just need to hit a sweet spot and most people will go sparko.

This is the most depressing story of the day, if true.

"I got knocked out by Shia LaBeouf, actually. In Wettest County, apparently."

This whole thing is a big rip on Shia's comments. It's hilarious. Hardy for the mf'n win.

Yeah, it's not clear cut when you can't hear the inflection but I'm not sure how anyone can take "He's a bad, bad boy" seriously...

Damn, this post without a doubt made my day. I could stare at Hardy in any capacity.

I tried to see if I could do the Mike Tyson's Sit-Stand-Ups.  IMPOSSIBLE.  Diva, is it an exercise where you need a trainer to hold your legs at least?  If not... I'll just go to the corner and play Mike Tyson's Punch-Out.

Oh, and...

DAT ASS.

Weird, I guess I'm the only one who actually enjoys mountain climbers.  I see them as my "break" during a cardio session, not that the intensity is any lower, it's just that they're easy to do.

It was 'he was drinking moonshine, I was wearing a cardigan' that clinched it.

I love them because all you need is yourself and enough space equal to...and they (like 8 count bodybuilders) give a really great workout all by themselves. I was first introduced to them in boot camp, and it's one of those few military exercises which I still attend to years later.
