Brave sounds so boring. The Bear and the Bow worked much better.

Still, here's hoping their first Princess/fantasy epic hits the right notes. I don't think we've had a Princess-oriented grand slam since Beauty and the Beast.

Guess you are not counting mulan? But then, who is? I loved the Bear and the Bow..so kind of curious on why it was changed. It's PIXAR, so they have my trust.

Mulan was good, but the words I used was grand slam.

They cahanged RAPUNZEL to the generic TANGLED to bring in the boy crowd. Smells like nervous marketing. "Don't wanna scare away the parents who don't approve of weaponry or carnivores..."

"The Bear and The Bow" is pretty much a perfect title. I'm still interested in the movie regardless. But I'll be damned if I ever refer to it as "Brave".

Sounds like an interesting concept (though kind of a MULAN retread too), but I didn't think POE was a great movie. It had good visuals and voice acting, but felt kind of dull.
