I think the only reason I own this film is because of a passing mention on CHUD. So that's something. It's certainly fun, if a simple exercise in gratuitousness. Part of me kinda loves the over-the-top nature, but Ravi Nawat almost sinks it for me. She's cute and all, but goddamn is she bad in this.

I know there are sequels. Worth seeing, anyone?

I blind bought the first sequel since I liked the first one a lot. AVOID. It just can't capture what made the first one great, and is just a mish mash of "shocking" scenes. Still haven't gotten around to seeing the third one.

What the hell? I think I would remember that scene. Hmm.

Anyway I have to echo Rene (Mr. Eko). No matter how fun you think the first one is avoid the sequels like the plague.
