Why anyone would buy Rock Band 3 is fucking beyond me.

Why did a WoW group get together to sing Queen?

Oh, and the thread title is unintentionally appropriate.

I look at that video, and then I look at the Muppet version.

I have no idea which video is more ridiculous.

Although I will say that the instrumental break in the Muppet version is much better animated and more life-like than the GH version.

Edit: shit, forgot to link to the Muppet version.

Bohemian Rhapsody is in Rock Band 3.

Other Rock Band 3 songs include Free Bird, Good Vibrations, Burning Down the House, Crosstown Traffic, Centerfold and Radar Love.

Guitar Hero 6 can keep its pig headed fuckers.

From the Day Late and Dollar Short department:

Axl Rose Sues Activision for $20 Milliion

Quote:
Axl initially signed off on "Welcome To The Jungle" being used in the game, but on one condition: Do not put any music by Velvet Revolver, which boasts guitarist Slash (Rose's former bandmate and mortal enemy) in the game. Well, not only did "Guitar Hero III" offer a bunch of Velvet Revolver songs, they crowned Slash the game's spokesperson, featured him on the game's cover and made him a playable avatar. Cue Axl's lawsuit...

Why would Axl's lawsuit arrive three years after the release of "Guitar Hero III"? [We] like to imagine that during a brief hiatus in the GN'R tour, Rose headed to his local Best Buy to get a jump on some Black Friday shopping. While pushing his cart down the discount video game aisle, he saw the box for "Guitar Hero III" with Slash on the cover and got perturbed.

Editing to resubmit as news. It's possible someone still cares, after all.
