I've been doing my own blog for a while. I asked to be incorporated with the rest of the CHUD blogs, but nothing happened. I hope by posting this thread I'm not breaking any protocol.

That was really good, Sebastian. I've had similar misgivings about the whole Hatchet thing.

Yeah, it's a strange time for genre cinema. So many fans making films, and the result is countless homages, fanwank casting and attempts at franchises. I feel like before Tarantino (not slighting him, but he sort of opened up this trend) nobody thought like that.
