Nothing from before the current boom - that's disappointing. If nothing else I know there's digital 3D versions of HONDO and COMIN' AT YA! in existence. I'd also be surprised (slightly) if WB hadn't digitized 3D versions of DIAL M FOR MURDER, KISS ME, KATE!, and HOUSE OF WAX by now.
If James Cameron wants to make himself useful, he might consider spearheading/bankrolling an effort to preserve and digitize as many existing older 3D films as possible, for posterity's sake. If there's still surviving 3D materials for something like Lo Wei's MAGNIFICENT BODYGUARDS (clip from old anaglyphic Japanese LaserDisc release), they're probably in need of costly restoration.
